AMERICAN BURGER

 

 

 

BIG MAC SAUCE

 

Recipe for 8 people (1 bowl and a half)

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Total recipe time: 35 minutes

 

Ingredients for the Hamburger Sauce

·         About 175 ml of mayonnaise (3/4 of a cup),

·         1 tablespoon of mustard,

·         1 teaspoon onions, cut into thin strips,

·         1 teaspoon garlic, cut into thin strips,

·         1 teaspoon of paprika if possible,

·         1 teaspoon of white vinegar,

·         Add mayonnaise, mustard,

·         Pour the white vinegar

·         Add the garlic, onions and paprika

·         Mix well

·         Refrigerate for an hour

 

Hamburger

Recipe for 1 person (For more than one person double the ingredients)

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Total recipe time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

·         1 minced steak,

·         1 hamburger bun,

·         a fresh salad,

·         an onion,

·         2 slices of cheddar (cheese) hamburger

·         Salt,

·         Pepper,

 

·         Open the loaves in half,

·         Slice the fresh lettuce into thin strips

·         Slice the onion into small squares ditto for the tomato

·         Grill the steak well with pepper and salt

·         Spread big mac sauce on bottom and middle bun

·         Put the sliced onion at the bottom and in the middle

·         Put the lettuce at the bottom and in the middle

·         Put one or two slices of tomatoes cut in a circle,

·         Put a steak on the bottom bun

·         Close the bread,

 

There you go, our hamburger is complete, all you have to do is devour it!

You can eat it with potato fries accompanied by mayonnaise or good ketchup ! You can replace the steak with pieces of boiled and fried boneless chicken cut into thin strips.

Je m’appelle Edwige Aimée, apprenante au CFPF Sorawell de 2002 à 2005. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mes années de formation, particulièrement l’ambiance de famille et la façon dont nous étions formées. Je me souviens que je recevais toujours des encouragements lorsque j’étais découragée, les monitrices étaient vraiment gentilles.

J’ai reçu à Sorawell la formation professionnelle mais aussi humaine et spirituelle. Cela m’a été d’un très grand apport dans ma vie professionnelle. J’ai connu Dieu à Sorawell et j’ai aussi appris à avoir confiance en moi. Je garde de très bons souvenirs de Sorawell.
