Braised Pork
Ingredients
2 Kg Pork
1 Onions
1 sprig of parsley
1 branch of basil
Ginger
Jansan
1 clove of garlic
Pepper
Salt
1 seasoning cube
White or black pepper
Peanut oil (or other)
Preparation
The day before or at least 10 hours before mealtime,
Cut and wash the meat in a large saucepan,
You can wash the pork with a little lemon to remove a little fat,
Crush in quantity reasonable parsley, Basil, a tiny bit of white or black pepper, ginger, the djansan, garlic, 1 onion and 1 cube,
Pour the crushed mixture into the large pot of pork,
Baste your meat with a little salt and leave to infuse,
Leave to marinate for at least 10 hours
Cook very slowly on the charcoal barbecue or in the grill option,
* Avoid over-grilling your meat, the charred parts would be carcinogenic. A good barbecue has no flame.
* Oil is necessary when cooking on the barbecue because it prevents the meat does not stick to the grill.
* You can replace parsley, basil, white or black pepper, ginger, djansan, with bay or thyme leaves,
Chilli Sauce:
Crush the pepper with a little onions, garlic, parsley,
Pour in a bowl the crushed pepper with oil,
Enjoy your braised pork with fried plantain, cassava stick, or rice..

Je m’appelle Edwige Aimée, apprenante au CFPF Sorawell de 2002 à 2005. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mes années de formation, particulièrement l’ambiance de famille et la façon dont nous étions formées. J’ai reçu à Sorawell la formation professionnelle mais aussi humaine et spirituelle. Cela m’a été d’un très grand apport dans ma vie professionnelle. J’ai connu Dieu à Sorawell et j’ai aussi appris à avoir confiance en moi. Je garde de très bons souvenirs de Sorawell.
