Back to School 2015/2016

1. Familiarize yourself with your new school as soon as possible (ideally before classes start).

2. Make sure you are always present: it is easier to assimilate a class when you have attended it. Arrive on time and participate by asking questions. Try to prepare in advance before attending the course so that it is more interesting.

3. Avoid procrastination and get to work as soon as possible. By revising on a regular basis, you will pass your exams more easily.

4. Never let a difficulty set in and ask for help if the first few weeks are difficult. You can contact the teachers, instructors, administrative staff or other students if you have any questions, doubts or any other difficulty.

5. Get organized. Plan your work, set deadlines and make sure you meet them. Make index cards to facilitate memorization and revisions.

6. Take advantage of every moment to meet new people.

7. Even if it is not always easy to reconcile family, studies (and sometimes work), and despite reading, work, knowledge to memorize, teamwork and exam preparation , do not neglect your loved ones.

8. Look for students with whom you have affinities and set up small working groups to enrich your lessons and to check that you have understood correctly. You will encourage each other and improve your results.

9. Maintain healthy lifestyle habits by eating well, exercising, going out occasionally and getting enough sleep.

10. Get involved by volunteering to gain much-needed experience for employers. If possible, also get involved in activities organized by the school.
11. Learn to manage your time and take the time to budget.

12. Take the time to reflect on your future and to question yourself about your motivations and interests.

13. Set realistic goals. Evaluate the performance you can expect from yourself given the different dimensions of your life and the objectives of the program you have chosen.

1.
